Oh wow! Has It really been that long?

A month and a half? Really? Damn!

Anyhoo, I'm checking in to tell you what's been going on and what's going to be going on for the last couple of weeks.

First off, I've been having techinal difficulties, I've had trouble uploading my strips. So what I've had to do is reinstall everything! That means the operating system and everything! and that has sucked? But the good news is the system flush has sort of made me get rid of alot of stuff that I simply don't use anymore, not to mention make my computer go a hell of alot faster. So that ordeal is over.

Another thing that's going to happen, for a while anyway, I'm going to cut back to two times a week. This week, I'm going to post on Wednesday and Friday, and after that I'm going to post on Tuesday and Thursday. One of the reasons is I'm working on the new site that I've been talking about. Another reason is I'm trying to get a buffer built up. I'm going to try for a month's worth. Once I get those two things going, I'll go back to three times a week.

In other news... I WANT AN IRON MAN SUIT!!! If you havn't seen Iron Man see it! The way they did the suit was great! And Robert Downey Jr. was the PERFECT Tony Stark, just as I suspected! I was right! And all my naysaying friends who argued other wise was wrong! HA! (By the way, Jim, I accept your apology.)

Hey Guys! Just Checking In.

It just occured to me that I haven't done this in a while, and I probably should do this more often, that is this bloggy thingy...deal.

Anyhoo, so how's everyone doing? I've been okay. I've been doing this for over a year now, and I'm pretty proud of myself. I've been thinking about putting a book together. Sort of a trade paper back of all the past Nuglets. Maybe call it "Bunky Nuglets: Year One." ...No, kind of ripping off Batman, who has a graphic novel of the same title.... "Bunky Nuglets: NINJA DEATH POKE and other tales of pointless cruelty"? ...hmmm. No, that's too long. I don't know I'll think of something. or If anyone has any suggestions, email me.

Well, I just looked at the clock, and i can hear the real world calling. So I'm going to hop off here and get ready for work. So I'll see everybody here on Wednesday.

FRESH BUNKY!!!

I'm back from the two week break! During the break I built a healthy buffer, so 1) I'm not in a panic to get the strips up, and 2) I can manage my work flow better (I find that I work better in batches, as opposed to just one strip at a time). I've found that I can do alot more strips and I'm getting better.

Another thing, that has helped me is changing my work schedule, instead of staying up till all hours of the night trying to finish my cartoon, I now wake up really early before work when I'm fresh, and I found out that I can get alot more done that way. Don't get me wrong, I don't think that means I'll be doing a daily anytime soon, but It means that everybody will be getting there tri-weekly fix of Bunky.

Well, it's time for me to wind down, I've got to get up a 4am, that will give me about 6 hours. Anyhoo, welcome back, and I'll see everyboday on Wednesday.

AAAND I'M OFF!!!

YES! I DID IT! I'VE BEEN DOING NUGLETS FOR A FULL YEAR! AND NOW I'M OFF! Well, the characters are off. Hey, what can you do? If they don't get a break, they go on strike, and we all know what's going on in with the writers strike. I figure give them a week or two off instead of lossing them for six months.

While the characters are on break, I'll be doing some work... work on the site, work on this whaky Wordpress thing, work on archieving the strips, and be building up the strip buffer. I figure this would be a good time to do all this.

In the mean time I'll be posting some "best of" stuff. I know "best of" is a spiffy way of saying "an old strip", but hey, I figured that I could trick you with some language... No? Okay.

I know this is the first time that I've blogged in a while. Once I get this Wordpress thing going, it should be alot easier.

Well, that's all I've got. I want to thank all of the readers who have emailed me this year, kind words from an email can really keep you going. And with that, I'll see everyone in a week or two! Until then...
